TAI CHI & QI GONG
The ancient practice of tai chi is clinically proven to be one of the most effective exercises to improve health, fitness and relaxation. Breathe Life Tai offers instruction in Yang, Sun and Chen Styles.
Breathe Life Tai Chi Weapons Training is an excellent way to participate in a gentle cardio workout while learning our weapons system which emulate the same principles of our Tai Chi forms. Trainings include nuncucks, long sword, broad sword, short stick and mid-range stick.
Many public venues enjoy our In-Person, Virtual Zoom and Online Streaming classes. Participants have benefited from these unique offerings and Breathe Life Tai Chi is happy to help.

Hi, my name is Erica Bough, 4th Degree Black Belt, American Taekwondo Association Certified Instructor and Tai Chi Certified Instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute. As a three-time World Champion in Taekwondo, I was looking for a gentle addition to my training. Hence, the birth of BREATHE LIFE TAI CHI & QI GONG. I found with the presence of Tai Chi in my life, I became much more productive with my training, allowing time for a truly happy life with the people around me. My goal is to share this knowledge with others and improve the physical and mental health of as many people as possible. Tai Chi is for everyone. Come join me!
WHAT IS TAI CHI & QI GONG?
Hour for hour, tai chi brings in more benefits and enjoyment than most other exercises. It is an ancient art with great depth yet requiring no special equipment. People of any age or physical condition can gain better health, enjoyment and progression to higher level. It is even fun and can be practiced alone or in a group. What’s more importantly, tai chi helps you to like yourself more, which, in turn, leads not only to better health, but also harmony within yourself and with others.

WHAT IS FALL PREVENTION?
Several studies have shown Tai Chi & Qi Gong are effective at preventing falls. In addition to this program, the Tai Chi for Health curriculum addresses many chronic illnesses with excellent results over other traditional treatment plans. It works through improving balance, confidence and muscular strength.
