HOW LONG ARE EACH OF YOUR SESSIONS? The In-Person and Virtual environments classes run 45 minutes.

 

CAN WE ADVERTISE YOUR CLASSES ON OUR FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM OR OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS? Absolutely, let’s get the word out and get moving together.  

 

DO YOU HAVE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS? For In-Person events, the number of participants is determined by the size of the facility.  Max for virtual environments is 10. 

 

CAN WE RECORD YOUR VIRTUAL ZOOM PROGRAMS?  No, sorry, no recording of ANY kind is allowed for virtual programs. 

 

CAN WE ALSO STREAM YOUR ZOOM SESSIONS VIA FACEBOOK LIVE OR ANY OTHER DELIEVERY PLATFORM?  No, this would present a huge liability for you and me.

 

LIABILITY, HOW DOES THAT WORK WITH YOUR PROGRAMS? Each participant should have signed a waiver of liability exempting you or I of ANY liability issues that might arise during our time together or online streaming. 

 

HOW DO OUR PATRONS ACCESS YOUR VIRTUAL SESSIONS? Participants can access the virtual environment through my personal Webex account or your own facility Zoom or other app account. I prefer Webex due to its overall higher quality.

 

WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE FOR YOUR VIRTUAL SESSIONS?  Two Ipads are used for video front and back views, with direct audio to me so I don’t miss any questions and while being crystal clear for participants.

 

WHEN IS PAYMENT EXPECTED FOR YOUR SERVICES?  Payment is expected PRIOR to sessions. 

 

CAN WE DISTRIBUTE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION FOR OUR PATRONS TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU DIRECTLY? Absolutely, YES!  Please have your patrons reach out to me with literally ANY question.  This is my passion and I LOVE connecting with people. The best way is through email  erica@BreatheLifeTaiChi.com
